About these sessions
I offer these sessions each month to provide you with an opportunity to take some time out for yourself on a regular basis, and bathe in gentle sounds which soothe the mind, body and soul.
Sound Baths have many benefits, which can include:

Stress and anxiety reduction.

Sleep improvement.

Pain reduction.

Chakra balancing.

Simply come with an open mind and an open heart, and your experience will be based based on what will benefit you in that moment.

Thank you for arriving from 1.50pm, to ensure you are settled before the session starts.

Please bring everything with you to ensure you will be comfortable (yoga mat to lie on or recliner chair, blanket, pillow etc). Chairs will be provided for those who prefer to sit up.

Please also bring a drink of water and a light snack.

These sessions are for those over the age of 18.

Places are limited due to room capacity, and need to be booked in advance using the relevant link below.
